Financier’s Daughter Sues: Tracy Posner Ward, daughter of Miami Beach financier Victor Posner, has sued her brother and a New York lawyer, alleging that they let a $2-million trust in her name dwindle to $100,000, the Miami Herald reported. The lawsuit says she learned of the trust only last year, 31 years after it was established for her benefit. The suit alleges that Steven Posner and Martin Rosen “did the bidding of Victor Posner,” allowing the trust’s assets to be used for undocumented loans and other transactions for which the trust received little or no value. Victor Posner, 75, stepped down last year as chairman of DWG Corp., owner of Arby’s Inc. and Royal Crown Cola Co., and sold his controlling stake in the company, now named Triarc Cos.
