Premiere Radio Completes Purchase of Mediabase

Premiere Radio Networks Inc., a Sherman Oaks supplier of radio programming, said it has acquired the remaining 50% interest in Mediabase Research Service for $3.12 million in cash.

Premiere acquired half interest in the company a year ago for $350,000. Mediabase is a Southfield, Mich., supplier of competitive music research information for radio stations.
