Possible Jail Expansion
* I find it interesting that Orange is so upset about a Theo Lacy (jail) expansion. Maybe we should put it on the spring, 1995 ballot. That way all of the citizens of Orange County can have a say in an issue that involves our future.
I think other cities need to experience the lack of control over their community that those of us in the South County have been feeling since last summer.
