Motorcyclist Loses Control, Is Killed
A man died after losing control of his motorcycle Sunday on Bouquet Canyon Road near Santa Clarita, authorities said.
The motorcycle left a skid mark more than 30 feet long on a narrow and winding segment of Bouquet Canyon Road near Vasquez Canyon Road just after 10 a.m. Sunday. The motorcyclist was found under a parked van a short time later, California Highway Patrol Officer Frank Lewis said.
The man died at the scene, and his identification is being withheld pending notification of relatives, according to a coroner’s spokesman.
