Regency Health Services Inc.: The Tustin operator of specialty health care facilities posted a second-quarter net loss of $6.5 million, or 40 cents a share, which included expenses of $8.3 million from merger and restructuring expenses. Regency and Care Enterprises Inc. completed their merger in April. That compares with a profit of $2.8 million, or 16 cents a share, for the 1993 second quarter. Revenue gained 18%, to $96.1 million from $81.5 million. For the first six months of 1994, the company recorded a net loss of $4.5 million, or 28 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $5.2 million, or 31 cents a share, for the first half of 1993. Revenue advanced 20%, to $191.2 million from $158.8 million.
