Cybernetics Products Inc.: The Santa Ana maker of machinery, camera equipment, scanners and computerized control systems incurred a second-quarter net loss of $59,000, or 4 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $16,000, or less than 1 cent a share, for the second quarter of 1993. Revenue more than doubled, from $2.2 million to $4.5 million. Profit for the six-month period totaled $145,000, but it was recorded as a net loss of 4 cents per share after adjustment for a preferred stock dividend. That compares with a profit of $189,000, or 5 cents a share, for the 1993 first half. Revenue was up to $8.6 million from $4.7 million.
