‘Streisand: The Concert’ Arrives on HBO

If you couldn’t afford or get tickets to “Barbra Streisand: The Concert,” tune in to the two-hour HBO special Sunday night as the singer-actress, backed by a 64-piece orchestra conducted by Marvin Hamlisch, performs her signature songs, beginning at 9.

Many of the public affairs shows will focus on the Cuban refugee crisis, the stalled crime bill and the continuing debates over health-care reform.
