PASADENA : Thousands Predicted to Attend Summer Fest
More than 20,000 visitors are expected to flock to Central Park in Old Pasadena this weekend for the annual Summer Fest to benefit area youth groups and programs.
Organized by del Mano Productions of Altadena, the festival will include an art show, continuous music, food, entertainment and children’s activities from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. both days in the park, at Fair Oaks Avenue and Del Mar Boulevard.
The Summer Art Fest will provide a juried collection of more than 150 fine art and craft displays including paintings, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, clothing and photography.
Admission to the event is $3, or $2 for senior citizens. Children under 12 accompanied by an adult will be admitted free.
