Kenneth M. Potalivo has been appointed director of sales, Southern California region, for Great States Insurance Co. in Anaheim, an affiliate of FHP International Inc. He was formerly vice president and branch manager of the Orange County office of Dodge, Warren & Peters Insurance Agency.
