Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly & Co. extended its offer for PCS Health Systems Inc. until Sept. 26 so both companies will have more time to complete the transaction. . . . Pepsi-Cola has announced it will close bottling warehouses in Stockton, Visalia and Auburn, Calif. The company said it will continue operating its bottling plants in Sacramento, Modesto and Fresno.
