German Tourist Shot on N.Y. Sightseeing Boat

NEW YORK —
A German tourist aboard a sightseeing boat circling Manhattan was hit in the back Monday by a bullet apparently fired from the shore. Rolf Bolowski, 31, of Hamburg was hospitalized in stable condition. It was unclear if he was the intended target.
