Sacramento Woos Packard Bell: Gov. Pete Wilson is expected to sign into law a bill created to attract the Chatsworth-based computer maker and 3,000 jobs to the state capital area. The legislation would convert the 400-acre Army Depot in Sacramento into an enterprise zone, giving Packard Bell an estimated $5 million in tax breaks if it moves into the facility. Packard Bell is currently negotiating a lease with the city.
