Page Jones Badly Injured in Ohio Race

ROSSBURG, Ohio —
Page Jones, son of 1963 Indianapolis 500 winner Parnelli Jones, was critically injured Sunday in a sprint car race at Eldora Speedway.
Jones, 22, of Torrance, Calif., was listed in critical condition at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, a spokeswoman said.
Jones suffered head injuries when his car flipped during the feature event at the half-mile dirt track.
Kevin Doty of Milan, Ill., won the 30-lap race.
