James R. Scott has been appointed regional vice president of sales for the home equity services group of Strategic Mortgage Services in Costa Mesa. He has been with the company for more than five years, most recently as vice president of national sales for the mortgage document division. In addition, Debbie Weatherwax has been promoted to vice president and product manager for the settlement services division. She has been with Strategic for more than 13 years, holding positions in customer service, marketing and product management.
