The Lab’s Poetic Celebration: The Lab, a collection of retail shops at 2930 Bristol Ave. in Costa Mesa, will celebrate its first anniversary this weekend with “writings on the wall,” a poetry festival featuring readings by more than 20 Orange County poets. Proceeds from a raffle will benefit Literacy Volunteers of America and the Orange County Poetic Mentorship Council.
The poetry readings, lottery and entertainment begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
