Woman Carrying Bomb Is Injured in Explosion

SEATTLE —
An unidentified young woman carrying a bomb near the downtown Federal Building was seriously injured Thursday when it exploded, authorities said. Her motive was unknown.
The woman was in serious condition with injuries to both hands and burns on her face, a hospital spokesman said.
