* A forum on Proposition 186, the California health care initiative, will be held tonight at the California Pantry restaurant, 120 E. Palmdale Blvd., Palmdale. * The Arleta Chamber of Commerce and Residents Assn. will hold a “meet the candidates” program from 8:50 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Branford Park Recreation Center, 13306 Branford Ave., Arleta.
