Bank Robbery Suspect Held

PHILADELPHIA —
A man suspected of a dozen bank robberies was finally tripped up when he left his wallet at the scene of one of his heists, authorities said. A federal grand jury returned a 12-count indictment Wednesday against Joseph Saunders. Prosecutors say he took about $13,000 from banks in the city between June and August.
