Janex Bows Out of Sales Pact With Dentsu Prox

Janex International Inc., formerly named With Design in Mind International Inc., said it will end its 4-year-old agreement to license a three-dimensional imaging technology called MicroTheatre from Dentsu Prox Inc. of Japan.

In canceling the agreement, Janex will pay Dentsu $75,000 in cash and 50,000 shares of Janex restricted common stock.

Janex, a Woodland Hills-based toy company, stopped marketing MicroTheatre nearly two years ago after attempts to produce a commercially viable product failed.
