The one-day program will feature speakers such as Sheila Cluff, the creator and owner of two spas--The Oaks at Ojai and The Palms at Palm Springs--and physician Ruby Simpkins speaking on chronic fatigue syndrome.

The celebration also will include 24 workshops with topics ranging from parenting practices and self-esteem to makeup and finances.

“It’s a day for women to celebrate who they are, to discover that we are not alone,” said Amy Stroba, one of the program’s organizers. “We hope to inspire women to rediscover their dreams and go on to make them happen.”

The eighth annual celebration of women will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 2:45 p.m. The program will cost $25, which includes a continental breakfast and lunch.

The fee for senior citizens and full-time students will be $20. For more information, call 986-5833.
