CLINTON IS COMING: He may not draw the same attention as Prince Charles has this week, but President Clinton is making a Southern California swing this weekend--including a speaking engagement in Anaheim on Saturday. Clinton will address the National Assn. of Realtors at its annual gathering at the Anaheim Convention Center, at 9:15 a.m. . . . It’s quite a switch for this group--Republican presidential hopeful Jack F. Kemp was the scheduled speaker.

WUNDERINGS: It’s a busy time for Severin Wunderman, who founded the 10-year-old Irvine museum bearing his name. The museum will exhibit next week one of its biggest projects, 200 pieces from the late Vaslav Nijinsky, the renowned ballet dancer who turned to art late in life (OC Live!). . . . Wunderman, 55, whose company makes Gucci timepieces, is also selling his South Laguna home on Camel Point. One of the most imposing properties on the coast, it’s on the market for $10.8 million. But that includes a guest house.

SALVAGED ART: Leave it to an artist to find the silver lining in disaster. Irvine Valley College is displaying “Out of the Fire” featuring objects salvaged from last year’s Laguna Beach firestorm. . . . Artist Rob Brennan gathered material from fire victims, and artist Jerome Gastaldi, above, searched through the debris of his own destroyed home. Says Gastaldi: “In a way, I was responding to materials that had become more interesting visually.”

CORNHUSKETEERS? If you were Michael Eisner and planning your next big Disneyland, how high on your list of sites would you place . . . Nebraska? After the Virginia Disneyland plans fell through, U.S. Sen. Bob Kerrey (D-Neb.) asked Eisner, on behalf of Omaha business leaders, to consider Nebraska for the next Disney amusement park. Kerry says it would work great, with Nebraska being the heart of America’s heartland. The Disney chairman, ever the diplomat, told Kerry he’d be the first one called if it ever happened.
