Koll Real Estate Group Inc.: The company said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Kathryn G. Thompson Co. of Aliso Viejo, one of Southern California’s best-known home builders. Under the previously announced deal, the Newport Beach developer said it would buy the company for about $7.5 million through a combination of new stock, retirement of debt and cash.
