InVitro International: The Irvine maker of product safety tests said it lost $4.4 million, or 38 cents a share, for the 1994 fiscal year ended Sept. 30, compared to a year-earlier net loss of $3.7 million, or 56 cents a share. Revenue declined to $1.7 million from $1.9 million. The fourth-quarter net loss was $1.3 million, which included onetime charges of $300,000 from reducing the company’s European operations. That compares to a net loss of $1.2 million, or 16 cents a share, for the fourth quarter last year. Revenue fell to $464,000 from $647,000.
