TUSTIN : Workers Seek Gifts for Native Americans
- Share via
For the fourth consecutive year, city employees are participating in Project Love, a charity drive that collects holiday gifts for Native American children living on reservations.
Coordinating the city effort is Karen Bowen, an account clerk in the Finance Department.
Founded in 1963, Project Love is a nonprofit foundation maintained by McDonnell Douglas employees. In addition to delivering toys to Navajo and Hopi reservations, Project Love funds scholarships for Native American students.
Information about the program is available from Bowen at (714) 573-3065.
