Clean Machines: Kevin Cogan earned his reputation as an Indy Car driver. Now he’s putting that reputation to work at Checkered Flag, an Irvine-based company that is opening hand carwashes in California.
Checkered Flag’s second Orange County location recently opened on Alton Parkway in Irvine. The chain previously opened washes in Anaheim and Novato.
The Irvine location features memorabilia from Cogan’s 15-year professional racing career.
