Fraud Suit Over Generators Dismissed: Westinghouse Electric Corp. said a U.S. District Court jury in Pittsburgh dismissed the last of the charges filed by five utilities seeking $350 million in damages. The utilities, which own the Beaver Valley Nuclear Plant in Pennsylvania, had claimed they were misled as to whether the nuclear steam generators Westinghouse makes and sells represented a proven and tested technology. Four related charges were dropped earlier this year.
