Japan to Enable More Small Firms to Go Public: The Ministry of Finance and executives of the securities industry will take the steps to meet demand from venture businesses with high growth potential, as well as efforts by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry to foster such companies, a ministry official said. The measures will include lifting the limit on the number of companies going public as of April.
