Mall Starts Computerized Search Service for Shoppers

The Oaks mall in Thousand Oaks has launched a computerized search service for customers seeking items in the shopping center’s stores.

The mall claims that the free service is the first of its kind in Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley.

The search unit is part of a newly expanded customer service center that also offers gift certificates, and wheelchair and stroller rentals.
