The Continental Indoor Soccer League has announced the addition of two new franchises for the 1995 season, the Seattle SeaDogs and an unnamed Mexico City team. The league also said it was realigning its two-division format to three. The Splash, Western Division winners last season, will play in the Southern Division with Arizona, Houston, Mexico City and San Diego. Ron Newman, who coached San Diego to 10 indoor championships in the last 14 seasons, has signed a one-year contract to coach Arizona.
