SANTA ANA : Registration Extended at College District
Registration for the spring semester at the Rancho Santiago Community College District has been extended to Jan. 27, a spokesman said.
Recent storms have made it difficult for many people to get to the campus to register, so district officials decided to lengthen the enrollment period. Classes begin Tuesday, spokesman Dale Ruhe said.
Registration at the Santa Ana campus, at 17th and Bristol Streets, will run from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. At the Orange campus, 8045 E. Chapman Ave., registration will run from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday. Both offices will be closed today for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, Ruhe said.
Tuition is $13 per unit and $50 per unit for those with advanced degrees. For more information, call the Santa Ana campus at (714) 564-6000 or the Orange campus at (714) 564-4000.
