WEST HOLLYWOOD : Felony Drug Charges Filed Against Victoria Sellers
Felony drug charges were filed Wednesday against the late actor Peter Sellers’ daughter, who was arrested in West Hollywood this week after deputies allegedly found methamphetamine in her purse.
Arraignment for Victoria Sellers, who turned 30 on Friday, was scheduled for Feb. 14 in Van Nuys Municipal Court. Bail of $20,000 was posted on her behalf, court officials said.
The aspiring actress faces single counts each of possessing methamphetamine for sale and possession of a controlled substance, Diazepam. She also faces a misdemeanor charge of being under the influence of methamphetamine.
On Jan. 4, she pleaded guilty in the same court to an unrelated misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen property, said Deputy Dist. Atty. Carol Fisch.
Sellers was sentenced to 13 days in jail and given three years probation in that case.
