KNOTT A LOT: In the price wars among local amusement parks, it may be a little hard for the others to top Knott’s Berry Farm’s special leading up to Presidents’ Day: zero dollars for youngsters 3-11. That’s an $18.50 savings per child, and it stretches from Feb. 11 to Feb. 20. . . . But you can’t just drop them off at the Buena Park attraction’s gate. A couple of catches: There’s got to be one adult for each free child. Also, the adult must have a local ZIP code address (90000 to 93599).
