Woman Killed Crossing Street

A 41-year-old woman died Monday after being hit by a car as she tried to cross an intersection.

Crystal Ann Mills of Fullerton was hit about 7:30 p.m. Sunday while trying to cross Euclid Street north of Orangethorpe Avenue, Officer Karen Lindsey said.

Mills was about halfway across Euclid, outside the crosswalk, when she was struck by a van driven by a 32-year-old Fullerton man. She was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where she died early Monday.

No one was arrested or cited, and the investigation is continuing.
