Riverside 99, Orange Coast 79--Visiting Orange Coast (12-17, 4-9) led by five early in the second half but Riverside (27-4, 11-2) went on a 20-8 run to take control. Damion Morbley, OCC’s leading scorer, injured his knee and missed the final six minutes. Ronald Kenan had 29 for Orange Coast and Tyrone Ellis and Morbley each had 14 for OCC.

Rancho Santiago 76, Golden West 70--Jimmy Harris had 17 and Todd Wilson 13, all in the second half, as visiting Rancho Santiago (21-8, 9-4) clinched third place. The Dons made 19 of 21 free throws in the second half and 21 of 25 for the game. Michael Dean had 18 for Golden West.

Irvine Valley 96, Cypress 93--Keon Clark’s three-point play with 40 seconds left in overtime gave visiting Irvine Valley a 94-93 lead. Clark finished with 40 points and 21 rebounds. Rashad Wilson made two free throws with seven seconds left to put Irvine Valley (20-11, 8-5) ahead, 96-93. David Neal had 15 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists for Cypress (15-17, 2-11).

In Orange Empire Conference women’s basketball:

Fullerton 67, Saddleback 56--Lacey Sollie and Nicole deBruijn made consecutive three-point baskets to give host Fullerton a 33-24 lead early in the second half and the Hornets (13-17, 3-8) went on to upset second-place Saddleback (16-9, 7-4). Christa McDonald had five blocked shots to give her the Fullerton single-season record of 96.

Golden West 100, Rancho Santiago 44--Julie Murdent had 20 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks for the Rustlers (25-6, 12-0), who finished their regular season. April Van Sweden had 10 points, 11 rebounds and six blocked shots and Nicole Quinn had 17 points and 10 rebounds. Grace Cervantes had 18 points, seven rebounds and four steals for Rancho Santiago (9-16, 1-10).

Orange Coast 73, Riverside 70--America Robledo scored 18 points and Jamie Shine had 14 points and 14 rebounds for host Orange Coast (19-12, 5-6).
