Company Town : Osher Leaves Disney for Turner Pictures

Walt Disney Co. business and legal affairs specialist Robert Osher is leaving to join Turner Pictures Group as executive vice president, overseeing the company’s business affairs and financial operations.

Osher joined Disney in 1989 and worked for former business affairs chief Helene Hahn, who left to join DreamWorks SKG.

Osher will report to Turner Entertainment Group President Scott Sassa.

* Greg S. Bernstein has joined and been named a partner in the Beverly Hills law firm of Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman. He specializes in movie distribution and finance.

* Harry Grossman has been promoted to senior vice president at Walt Disney Studios.

* Julian Levin has been named executive vice president of sales and distribution at Twentieth Century Fox International.
