Man Fatally Shot After Argument
SANTA ANA —
A 19-year-old man was fatally shot in the back following an argument late Saturday, police said.
Raul Rubalcava, a Santa Ana resident, was visiting friends about 11:50 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 700 block of South Townsend Avenue when he got into an argument with an unidentified male, Sgt. Don Robinson said Sunday.
The other man shot Rubalcava once in the back with a small-caliber handgun, then fled north on Townsend in a blue pickup truck, Robinson said.
Rubalcava died at the scene.
