COMPTON : School Chief’s Contract Extended Three Years
Schools Supt. Harold L. Cebrun has received a three-year contract extension to July, 1998.
State-appointed administrator Jerome Harris approved the extension, saying the move is aimed at providing the district with high quality, stable leadership. Cebrun’s $106,646 annual salary will remain the same, a spokeswoman said.
Cebrun joined the district in 1991 as an area superintendent. He became acting superintendent in December, 1992. He was named superintendent in March.
