Acme Acquisition Corp.: The company said Thursday that it has acquired Davis Equipment and Rental Co. of Augusta, Ga. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The purchase marks the Irvine equipment rental company’s expansion into eastern Georgia. Acme already has 12 rental service centers in other parts of the Peach State. Acme, which is privately held, said it had revenue of $18 million in 1994.
