Los Angeles County sheriff’s detectives have released a description of a man wanted for questioning in the death of a 72-year-old woman who died locked in a closet in her West Hollywood home.

Carol Fuller’s body was found Feb. 2. Detectives said she probably died of dehydration or starvation after she had been barricaded in a closet during a robbery at her Crescent Heights Boulevard home on or about Dec. 10, 1994.

Police are looking for a white, homeless man, 28 to 30 years old, who is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. The man has a skinny build, shoulder-length brownish-blond hair, light-brown eyes and a weathered complexion. He may be wearing an Oregon state jacket with “OSU” on the back, and is known to frequent McDonald’s restaurants in Los Angeles and Hollywood, said sheriff’s Detective Bob Snapper.
