WESTMINSTER : Preschool Program Enrollment Underway

Pre-enrollment forms for the Westminster School District’s state preschool program are being accepted through May 19 for the 1995-96 school year, a district spokeswoman said.

The free program, for 4- and 5-year-old children from income-eligible families, is offered at the following elementary schools: H.B. Anderson, Finley, Fay Fryberger, Dr. Jessie Hayden, C. Fred Schroeder and Neomia B. Willmore.

It is offered during the regular school year for about 3 1/2 hours a day and requires parental participation. The program is designed to promote social, academic and language development to prepare children for kindergarten, said spokeswoman Audrey Brown.
