Rolling Pin--In Cookstuff, April 27, the Rainbow Wood Rolling Pin was said to be available at Gifts in Canoga Park, Diehling in La Jolla and Fete, Co. in Beverly Hills (actually, Culver City). None of this is so, but the colorful laminated rolling pin is definitely available at both Francoli and Farmer’s Market in Fashion Island, Newport Beach.

Art Deco Lives

Mariposa Brillante is the name of these zig-zag aluminum serving spoons and forks, each piece individually sand-cast and polished in Mexico and the Unite States. Available at Feast in Pasadena.

The Clapper

When you knock back a slug of schnapps from a schnappsglock , a little clapper makes the bottom half of this hourglass-shaped liqueur glass ring like a bell. That’s your signal to--well, probably to hand it over and let somebody else play with it. From Thomas by Rosenthal; available at On a Mission in Claremont.
