Cortex Pharmaceuticals Inc.: The Irvine drug development company said it lost $1.2 million, or 20 cents a share, for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, compared with a net loss of $1.4 million, or 22 cents a share, for the corresponding quarter last year. No revenue was reported. For the nine-month period, the company lost $4.3 million, or 70 cents a share, compared with a year-earlier loss of $3.2 million, or 71 cents a share.
