* * 1/2 Chris Connelly, “Shipwreck,” Wax Trax/TVT. Connel ly is probably best known as a singer in such bulldozing industrial outfits as Revolting Cocks, Ministry and Pigface. But on his third solo album, the Scotsman with the very Bowie-esque voice taps into rock’s decadent side. The album comes off as an ode to Ziggy Stardust, but it’s also oddly engaging on its own terms.
