Effective Sunday, May 21, the single-copy price of the Sunday Times Ventura County Edition will be raised from $1.25 to $1.50, plus applicable California sales taxes.

This is the first Sunday single-copy price increase since 1991.

The increase reflects significantly higher newsprint costs as well as ongoing editorial improvements at The Times.
