Deputy D.A. Geb to Step Down May 30
Chief Deputy Dist. Atty. John L. Geb, who has worked for the Ventura County district attorney’s office for 11 years, announced his resignation Monday to accept a position as a judge, his office said.
Geb, who heads the Special Operations Division, is leaving to become an administrative law judge in Downtown Los Angeles. After his resignation takes effect May 30, he will travel to Washington for a monthlong training course.
