ARCADIA : Police Department to Hold Public Event
The Arcadia Police Department will host an open house from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The open house will feature displays from the SWAT team, K-9 officer, crime prevention team, crime lab and traffic division.
McGruff, the crime-fighting dog; Ardi, the robot police car, and crash dummies Vince and Larry will make appearances. Refreshments will be available and children will receive gifts.
The Police Department is holding the open house in recognition of National Law Enforcement Week, which ends Saturday.
The Police Department is located at 250 W. Huntington Drive.
