Winners Entertainment Inc.: The San Juan Capistrano company, which owns and operates the Mountaineer Racetrack and Resort in Chester, W.Va., reported a first-quarter net loss of $1.6 million, or 10 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.3 million, or 8 cents a share, for last year’s first three months. Quarterly revenue rose 88% to $4.7 million from $2.5 million.
