PASADENA : Transient Pleads Not Guilty in Slaying of Grandmother
A transient pleaded not guilty Monday to murder charges in the stabbing death of his 82-year-old grandmother.
Edgar James Williamson, 32, entered the plea in Pasadena Superior Court in the May 25 death of Billie Gaboory.
Gaboory, was beaten and stabbed several times with a large pair of scissors, said Pasadena Police Lt. Gene Gray. Her body was discovered in her sewing room by a couple who lived with Gaboory at a house in the 2000 block of Orange Grove Boulevard.
