The East Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce is holding its general membership meeting Wednesday at Tamayo Restaurant, 5300 E. Olympic Blvd.
Keynote speaker Sylvia Ruiz will address the issue of affirmative action.
A reception will begin at 11:30 a.m. with lunch at noon.
