Rockwell International Corp.: The Seal Beach aerospace, defense and automobile contractor has agreed to a long-term contract to supply a Brazil-based division of Mercedes-Benz with rear-drive axles for trucks. The terms and length of the contract with Mercedes-Benz do Brasil were not released. Rockwell said its Braseixos division will begin delivery of the two-speed axles next month for 1996 model-year Mercedes-Benz trucks. Mercedes-Benz do Brasil is part of Mercedes-Benz AG, a unit of Germany’s Daimler-Benz AG.
